These videos were created to work only in Flash. If your computer, ipod or mobile device does not have Flash the videos will not work. You can download Flash Player and view the videos on your PC, iMac, and other mobile devise. Apple does not support flash on iPods, iPhones and iPads.
You may cancel your account anytime after the first 2 months of the trial period if you selected the monthly plan. There are no refunds if you paid for an Annual Subscription and cancel before the end of the year. You may request cancellation by either submitting a trouble ticket or by emailing cs@sirozacademy.com A cancellation request by phone will not be accepted.
If paying monthly, once you've entered your card information, you'll be able to register your account within 24 hours. Be on the lookout for your payment confirmation which will contain a link to register your account. You will be unable to register your account and watch guitar lessons until your card is processed.
We add new guitar lessons and videos on a regular basis. Although we don't have a set amount that we add, you can be sure that the lessons we do add will provide you a plethora of material to study, learn and practice.

Absolutley Yes. We strongly encourage that. The more you watch and follow along, the better guitarist you'll become.
Sure. However your friends cannot access your account when they go back home as it violates our policy. We wouldn't want to have to cancel your account because of your friends so we recommend that your friends set up their own account. It'll make your life simpler because 2 of you can't be logged in at the same time anyway.
Unfortunatley the videos cannot be save or distributed in any way, but you are welcome to come back and watch them as many times as you would like.
